sea salt

2 liters of water
medium heat

300 gr of tuna
250 gr of mayonnaise
4 anchovies
1 tbsp of capers
4 tbsp of broth
blend everything together
it has to be creamy
cut the veal into thin slices
garnish with capers and mayonnaise
