750 gr cubed pork
2 tablespoons of saké for the marinade

30 minutes
100 gr pineapple
1 sliced leek
1 bell pepper
prepare sweet and sour sauce
1 cup each sugar and vinegar
over moderate heat
once sugar has melted, add a cup of ketchup
2 spoonfuls each Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce
Let cook for 15 minutes, remove from heat
beat an egg with a spoonful of potato starch
add the egg mix and sauce to marinated pork
dust pork with flour
you’ll need a wok…but a deep pan will work in a pinch
when oil is hot, fry pork for 3 minutes
cook pineapple, bell pepper and leek…add salt, three minutes later,
add pork for another 2 minutes
add the sweet and sour sauce
